OutboundKit:

• Provides analysis, insights, observations, and recommendations
• Does NOT provide implementation, execution, management, or guaranteed results
• Does NOT act as an advertising agency, marketing agency, or consulting firm unless explicitly stated in writing
• All services are delivered as-is, based on the information available at the time of analysis.

2. Nature of the Service (Important)

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Our services are informational and analytical only
• Any decisions made based on our reports are entirely your responsibility
• We do not guarantee increased revenue, leads, conversions, performance, or outcomes of any kind
• Results may vary significantly depending on execution, market conditions, competition, and internal decisions
• OutboundKit is not responsible for business outcomes following delivery of the service.

3. No Refund Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Due to the nature of our services:

• All services are digital
• All services involve manual and/or automated analysis
• All services require time, expertise, and resource allocation

Once a purchase is made:

• No refunds will be issued
• No chargebacks are permitted
• No partial refunds are available for dissatisfaction, disagreement, or unmet expectations

By purchasing, you explicitly acknowledge that "I understand what OutboundKit provides, and I accept that if I do not like the results or conclusions, that is my responsibility."

4. Customer Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information
• Ensuring you have authority to share data related to your business
• Understanding the scope and limitations of the service

OutboundKit is not responsible for:

• Incorrect conclusions caused by incomplete or inaccurate information
• Delays caused by missing or unclear inputs
• Third-party data inaccuracies

5. Data Collection & Storage

By purchasing our services, you consent to OutboundKit storing and processing limited personal and business-related information, including but not limited to:

• Name
• Email address
• Company name
• Website URL
• Publicly available business data
• Communication history

Data retention:

• Data is stored for a maximum of 6–12 months
• Data is retained only for: Service delivery, Record keeping, Legal, accounting, and compliance purposes
• After this period, data is securely deleted unless retention is legally required.

6. GDPR & Privacy Compliance

OutboundKit complies with applicable data protection regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for EU customers.

You have the right to:

• Request access to your data
• Request correction or deletion
• Withdraw consent where legally applicable

7. Intellectual Property

• Third-party tools, platforms, or data sources referenced

Our total liability, if any, shall never exceed the amount paid for the service.

9. No Guarantees

OutboundKit makes no guarantees, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Accuracy of predictions
• Business growth outcomes

All insights are best-effort analyses based on available information.

10. Third-Party Tools & Platforms

OutboundKit may reference or analyze third-party platforms (e.g., advertising platforms, analytics tools, websites).

We are not affiliated with nor responsible for:

• Changes in third-party platforms
• Errors or inaccuracies in third-party data
• Platform outages or policy changes

11. Termination of Service

OutboundKit reserves the right to:

• Refuse service
• Cancel orders
• Terminate communication

In cases of:

• Abuse
• Fraud
• Misrepresentation
• Chargeback attempts
• Violation of these Terms

No refunds will be issued in such cases.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Sweden.

13. Changes to Terms

OutboundKit reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
